New features that have been implemented with the patch:
- Addition of high-resolution backgrounds with three settings, 
  (backgrounds off, normal backgrounds and high resolution).
- 3D ship slider for high-end graphics cards.
- Fleet movement feature using Ctrl-Move to do uniform movement.
- Moved bandwidth setting from conquest.ini to in-game.
- Added Delete/ Save games option.
- Minor bugs and balance issues have been addressed in the patch.
